Cancellations and refunds are possible under certain conditions. If you request a cancellation and a refund, our Customer Support team will verify if the code has been used and confirm whether the product you purchased is eligible for a refund.
Cancellation of Sent Codes
Once a code has been sent, it can only be canceled if it meets the refund eligibility criteria. Our digital codes are unique and can only be delivered once. If the code has been redeemed, it cannot be resold or refunded.
In cases of incorrect product purchases, if you are eligible for a refund, cancellation fees may apply.
Cancellation requests due to scams
If you shared the code with the scammer, it's likely that the code has already been used, and in such cases, we are unable to provide a refund. However, if you realized you were scammed before sending the code, please contact our Customer Support team. We will verify if the code has been used and determine if the order can be cancelled.
Received an Incorrect Code?
Our codes are unique and generated at the time of purchase, so issues like this are extremely rare.
Should this be the case, try the following steps:
- Double-check the instructions provided during your purchase to ensure there are no typing errors.
- Verify there isn’t an issue with the platform where you are redeeming the code.
If you are confident that the code is not working as it should, contact our Customer support here. Make sure you provide a detailed description of the issue and add any attachment that would support your claim (A screenshot of the error message for example).
