Please note that emails landing in your spam or promotions folder do not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.
For orders that are delivered, cancellations and refunds are possible under certain conditions. If you request a cancellation and a refund, our Customer Support team will verify if the code has been used and confirm whether the product you purchased is eligible for a refund.
In cases of incorrect product purchases, if you are eligible for a refund, cancellation fees may apply.
Refund requests due to scam
If you shared the code with the scammer, it’s likely that the code has already been used, and in such cases, we are unable to provide a refund. However, if you realized you were scammed before sending the code, please contact our Customer Support team. We will verify if the code has been used and determine if the order can be refunded.
