I’ve ordered a code for the wrong provider

We're sorry to hear that you’ve bought a wrong product or credit for the wrong provider. Unfortunately, we can't take your code back or exchange it for another code.

Top up codes are unique and can only be issued once. Once a code has been sent, it cannot be sold again. That’s because we are not able to determine whether a code has already been used or if it will be used in the future. This is a similar set up to a traditional top-up card from which the back has been scratched off. Those can't be resold at the shops either.

We recommend that you sell the code to someone else or exchange it with someone else's code. You could also purchase a new SIM card from the relevant provider so you can use the code with that sim card temporarily.
