I didn’t receive the double call credit

When your provider has a promotion, for example, doubling call credit you bought, you’ll receive this extra credit via your provider at the moment of top up. Please keep in mind that these promotions don't apply in combination with other promotions.    

We advise you to contact your provider if you didn't receive your double call credit. They can check this in detail and, if necessary, fix it for you manually.
