I have been charged twice

If your bank statement shows a double charge, there may have been a system failure at your bank. Make sure the two reference numbers on your bank statement are exactly the same. If this is the case, please submit a request via the link underneath this article. Upload a screenshot of both transactions so we can help you as quickly as possible. If you have received two order confirmation emails with two different codes, that means that you accidentally placed two orders. Unfortunately, an order can't be cancelled anymore once a code has been issued.
