If you want to pay using your credit card, it's possible that your payment won’t be accepted. If your payment has been declined, you might receive a message stating that the amount is still pending or in reservation. This reservation will be released instantly after the payment attempt failed. However, it depends on your bank how quick this release is processed. We don't have any influence on this process.
We advise you try to complete the payment again later or choose a different payment method. If the reservation hasn’t been released within 5 working days, we suggest that you contact your bank or credit card supllier.
