I’ve ordered the wrong product

We're sorry to hear that you bought a code for the wrong service or product. Unfortunately, we can't withdraw a code or exchange it for another code.

Entertainment codes are unique and can only be issued once. As soon as a code has been made visible to someone, it can't be sold again. It's impossible for us to determine if a code is used or not.

This is like a traditional top-up card from which the back has been scratched off. This can't be resold at the shops either. We recommend that you sell the code to someone else or exchange it with someone else's code
