The digital codes we sell always work, because they're only issued once. Please read the redeem instructions carefully and make sure that you enter the correct characters. Some characters look alike, such as 0 and O, which could be why a code does not work. Also, make sure you have selected the right country. You can change this in your account settings.
For some products, such as Netflix, the code will only be accepted if you have no other subscriptions or payment methods selected in your account. For example, the code might not work if you have a free trial period or if you've entered credit card details. If this is the case, wait until the free trial has ended or delete the credit card details and try using your code again.
