Gift cards are a convenient way to give someone the freedom to choose their own gift, or to make purchases within our store. They work like prepaid cards, allowing the recipient to shop for items of their choice, up to the value of the card.
Here’s how you can use your gift card:
- Shopping Online: Use your gift card to shop on your favourite website and apply the balance at checkout.
- Topping Up Your Gaming Account: Many gaming platforms accept gift cards for adding credit to your account.
- Recharge Your Call Credit: Use your gift card to add credit to your mobile or phone account.
- Pay Online (for Prepaid Credit Cards): Prepaid credit cards can be used for online payments.
What Gift Cards Are Not For
While gift cards are flexible, there are a few things they cannot be used for:
- Non-Transferable: Gift cards are for individual use only and cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash.
- Paying Bills or Services: Gift cards cannot be used to pay for subscriptions, loans, services, or recurring charges.
- Delivery Charges: Gift cards cannot be used to pay for delivery or shipping fees.
- Groceries: Gift cards cannot be used for grocery purchases.
- Refunds or Returns: Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be returned for cash, credit, or any other form of refund.
